Hi there, I’m Florian – welcome to my blog.

I am originally from the German Baltic coastal city Rostock. These days I live in the land of the horse – and the rain, for that matter – only a few minutes walking distance from beautiful Naas racecourse.

On this site I’ll cover various aspects of the sport of horse racing: things that caught my eye, personal thoughts and opinions, race previews and equine photography.

Over a decade ago I fell in love with the sport. At the same time the unique challenge of betting and “solving the puzzle” of a horse race is something that fascinates me immensely.
